I/We hereby certify the above information, given for the purpose of obtaining credit, is true and I/We authorize you to obtain such information as you require concerning this application. I/We agree this application shall remain your property whether or not credit is granted. I/We agree to pay account balance in full upon receipt of statement, and understand that accounts not paid when due are delinquent and subject to late charges plus the maximum legal rate of interest in the state where the goods are sold. I/We further agree to pay all cost of collecting delinquent balances including reasonable attorney fees. A fee will apply for any returned payments. I/We understand that a rental charge will be applied to the account each month for each cooler.
